Canvas, full-grain leather, rPET and raffia from vetted mills, with swatches and test reports before you commit.

How it works
From brief to container in four steps
Typical timeline for a first order is 45 – 60 days including sampling. Repeat orders skip the sampling stage.

Brief & cost sheet
Share the style, quantity and target material. You get a costed breakdown with tooling and freight options in 2 working days.

Sampling
Pre-production sample in 7 – 10 days. We adjust construction, hardware and fit until the sample is signed off.

Bulk production
Materials are inspected on arrival, then cut, stitched and finished in a single facility with daily output tracking.

Inspection & shipping
AQL 2.5 inspection with photo report, then packing to your carton spec and handover to your forwarder.

We would rather show you the material than describe it
Swatch cards are sent before sampling on any new programme. Every leather, canvas and webbing option is logged with its mill, weight and test status, so a repeat order in eighteen months still matches the original.

Questions buyers ask before the first order

Talk to a production managerWhat is the minimum order quantity?
Most styles start at 200 – 300 pieces per colourway. Small leather goods and clutches start at 150 pieces. Mixed colour orders can share one production run, so the total quantity matters more than the split.
How long does sampling take?
A first sample is usually ready in 7 – 10 working days after we receive materials and confirmed artwork. Revisions take 5 – 7 days. Sample fees are credited back against the bulk order.
Can you produce from our own tech pack?
Yes. We work from tech packs, graded patterns or physical reference samples. If your pack is incomplete we will flag missing specifications before quoting so there are no surprises in production.
How is quality controlled?
Incoming materials are checked against approved swatches, in-line checks run at every station, and a final AQL 2.5 inspection is carried out before packing. You receive a photo report with every shipment.
Do you handle shipping and export documents?
We work with your forwarder or arrange FOB, CIF or DDP through our freight partners. Export documents, packing lists and certificates of origin are prepared in-house.
Can we visit the factory?
Yes. We welcome factory visits in Guangzhou with two weeks notice, and can arrange a video walkthrough of the production floor at any time.
